This is the Calm & Courage toolkit without the physical movement practices, but with all the focus on breath mindfulness, 10 minute meditations that are simple to use in everyday life, and a full guided deep relaxation for a deep rest and renewal.
Choose what you need at any time from themes that reconnect you with your innate calm courage in different aspects: calm groundedness, centred strength, your fluidity or ability to adapt to change, your sense of spacious calm, or a feeling of courageous open-heartedness.
All recordings can be downloaded and kept.
The guided still meditations are around 10 minutes long and designed for both beginning and experienced meditators.
We use breath awareness, and inspiration from nature to replenish and to restore calm and courage.
